1. About Lexus Agency

Lexus Agency ("we", "us", "the Agency") partners with third-party video chat and live streaming platforms — including but not limited to Chamet, Wejoy, Fusion, and Sela — to recruit, onboard, and support independent hosts. We are not the operator of any of these apps; each app is owned and operated by its respective company and has its own terms of service that you must also follow.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
  • You must have valid government-issued ID for app verification.
  • You must have the legal right to work as an independent contractor in your country.
  • You may not register on any partner app under more than one account.

3. Registration & Agency Codes

To join through Lexus Agency you must register on each partner app using the agency code provided on our home page. Failure to use the correct code at registration means we cannot:

  • Confirm you as one of our hosts;
  • Pay or unlock basic salary, bonuses, or promotions;
  • Provide app support, payout assistance, or withdrawal help.

Immediately after registering on any app you must contact us via WhatsApp or Telegram and send your Username AND App ID. This is mandatory.

4. Independent Contractor Status

You are an independent contractor — not an employee, partner, or agent of Lexus Agency or any partner app. You are responsible for your own taxes, social contributions, equipment, internet, and any business licenses required where you live.

5. Earnings & Payouts

  • You keep 100% of the earnings paid to you by the partner app. Lexus Agency does not take any cut from your in-app earnings.
  • All earnings, coin/diamond conversions, bonus structures, salary thresholds, and withdrawal rules are set by the partner app, not by Lexus Agency, and may change at any time without notice.
  • Withdrawals are processed by the partner app directly to the payment method you set up inside the app.
  • Lexus Agency cannot guarantee any specific income amount.

6. Host Conduct

While streaming or chatting on any partner app you agree to:

  • Follow the partner app's community guidelines and terms of service at all times;
  • Never broadcast nudity, sexual content, violence, hate speech, or illegal activity;
  • Never impersonate another person or use fake photos/videos;
  • Never harass, scam, or pressure viewers for off-app payments;
  • Stay active and engaged — agency support depends on consistent activity.

Violations may result in removal from our agency, loss of bonuses, and account bans by the partner app.

7. Agency Support

We provide free guidance, training tips, group chats, and app updates via WhatsApp and Telegram. Joining our host groups is required while you are part of the agency. We may remove inactive or non-compliant hosts at any time.

8. Disclaimers

Lexus Agency provides recruitment and support services "as is", without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for app downtime, payout delays, account bans, lost earnings, or any decision made by a partner app. Our maximum liability to you is limited to zero, since you owe us no fees.

9. Termination

You may leave the agency at any time by notifying us on WhatsApp or Telegram. We may end our relationship with you at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms or the partner app's rules.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation as a Lexus Agency host after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
